About This Racket
If Grays was the bespoke British Manufacturer akin to Rolls Royce, Jaguar was the mid-range version similar to Triumph (or maybe Vaxhaul). They pretty much only sold in the UK and in modest numbers often at a discount. I wouldn’t be surprised if you never heard of them, and I doubt they sponsored any athletes. What is surprising therefore is that some were actually quite good, decent quality. This one was likely in the top of the range! It features Bamboo and Ash construction, stitched cover, beautiful tribling. Also is it me, or does this look like a copy of the Wilson Chris Evert PRO (1983)
